Aspect's VirtualLP offering is customized to suit the needs of each customer. In order to provide a quotation for VirtualLP, Aspect must complete an in-depth LP needs analysis.
This process involves several steps, beginning with a questionnaire covering such items as previous dishonest associate activity, known shrink vulnerabilities, credit card charge backs, POS and store procedures, inventory and cash loss history, and management and store organization.
An Aspect Service Account Manager will review this questionnaire and develop suggested strategies for detecting and managing shortage issues. During the initial on-site meeting, the application will be demonstrated to the management and support personnel selected by the company. The Aspect Account Manager will then review the suggested action plan with the group and develop the specific program that will be used to analyze the company data.
Using Aspect EliteLP EBR Analytics, our team will analyze your company’s POS data to identify questionable activity that occurs at the point of sale. Connection to your corporate-owned software is accomplished via a secure VPN connection to your server or network.
When your assigned Aspect Analyst discovers a potential shortage problem, an Issue Portfolio will be assembled and sent to your company for follow-up. This Issue Portfolio will include a text re-cap of the issue being reported, an overview of the potential problem, detail of the specific investigative steps taken, any applicable background information and give suggested follow-up steps.
